Monitor effectiveness of underwriting strategy and risk management controls, including reinsurance programs and capacity. Work directly with corporate communications to help devise and implement personal lines product promotion programs for agents and customers. Work directly with corporate sales and marketing to manage the performance of independent agents, including devising agent compensation programs aligned with their underwriting, product and pricing strategies. Recommend revenue and profit forecasts for business planning purposes in terms of exposures, premium, new business, renewals and retention.
